In what Renton Firefighters described as “a single vehicle vs. tree” type of scene, an extrication was required after a collision on Thursday, May 2.
In the Northeast Kennydale neighborhood of Renton, a solo occupant had crashed their white vehicle into a tree, requiring an extrication from firefighters, which resulted in the front and back doors on the driver’s side to be removed. The driver was then taken to a local trauma center to treat their injuries.
The crash is currently under investigation by the Renton Police Department.
