About 300 people attended the Rotary Club of Renton annual CAPER Auction to raise money for the service club’s many community organizations.

Club members collected about $150,000 worth of auction items. How much money was raised wasn’t immediately available.

Winner of the raffle Saturday and a chance to pick from three main prizes was Denny Hamilton.

The programs include the RotaCare medical clinic, Coats for Kids, free dictionaries for third graders, college scholarships and recognition of deserving Renton teachers and students each month.
