A couple dozens residents, some in costume, turned out Saturday night for the second Run From Cops fundraiser for Special Olympics.

The race began at 10 p.m. at the Landing and runners made their way through North Renton and back to the shopping center as members of the police department ran with them during the nighttime 5K.

Money raised from the event will go to Special Olympics Washington.
