The Seafair Clowns are coming to send Renton students off to school right.

The Seafair Clowns will provide entertainment and donate school supplies for the summer lunch program at 11:45 a.m., Aug. 17 at Heritage Park, 233 Union Ave. N.E.

They will arrive at the park at 12:15 p.m.

The summer lunch program is open to the public and there is no registration or proof of income or residence required.

The program was established to ensure that children in lower-income areas continue to receive nutritious meals during the summer months.
