Renton Firefighters are reporting a plane crash at Renton Municipal Airport.

In follow-up tweets, Renton firefighters said a two-seat aircraft had landing gear malfunctions upon landing, and that the occupants were out of the aircraft, and uninjured.
According to responders on the scene, the small aircraft landing gear didn’t properly deploy, and the plane nosed dived down into the ground. Both passengers are uninjured.
The airport is temporarily closed while crews control the small fuel leak from the crashed plane, according to firefighters.
Boeing fire team is also responding, according to the tweet.
