Police have posted fliers in the Highlands, asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect, described by witnesses as an approximately 6-foot-tall, thin black male wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt.
A white smaller vehicle was seen leaving the scene at a high rate of speed with its lights out after the shooting, according to Renton Police Commander Floyd Eldridge.
“We are kind of stuck in some ways,” said Eldridge, adding police have a couple leads.
