Renton Salvation Army is hosting its annual Need Knows No Season Benefit Dinner at the Spirit of Washington Event Center June 26 at 6 p.m. Tickets are not yet for sale.

This year’s focus is on food and shelter — ways to keep a roof over the head of families in crisis. The June dinner marks the third anniversary of the Renton Food Bank, which now serves an average of 1,500 families each month, including 2,350 children.
