The annual Renton Technical College Culinary Arts and Professional Baking Holiday Buffet Luncheon is Dec. 4 from 11:15 a.m.- 1 p.m. at Renton Technical College.
The program’s students will make standing rib roast with au jus, roast turkey with celery-sage dressing and giblet gravy, orange butter baked sweet potato, winter-roasted root vegetables, relish tray, holiday salads and specialty desserts.
