A rolled-over tractor-trailer that first blocked the exit from northbound I-5 to State Route 599 and then the ramp from SR 599 to Interurban Avenue in Tukwila has been removed from the freeway.

The accident occurred at about 8:40 a.m. The state transportation department incident response team, the Tukwila police and Washington State Patrol are at the scene.
