In Loving Memory

August 16, 1974 – September 23, 2019

Chad was a wonderful father of two, Greyson and Rhemy, which he loved more than anything in this world. Husband to Shawnte for just shy of 20 years and best friend for even longer. He was an Army Veteran, friend to so many, and often the person people would reach out to for his words of wisdom in their time of need. He was known for telling it like it is (he called it being rational). He loved playing with his kids, solving problems, random facts, tall buildings, cars, having fun, and reminding others to have fun because, guess what, life is too short.

He was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer on October 1, 2018. He stormed through chemotherapy treatment like a man on a mission with determination and humility, intent on kicking the cancer’s ass. Ultimately it was an unwinnable situation and he succumbed to the cancer while surrounded by loved ones.

We will miss you more than anything. We love you Chad always and forever. A private celebration for family and friends to be held at a later date.
