James “Jim” McCoy

James “Jim” McCoy, of Renton, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2008, at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, brothers, sisters, and sons James and Daryle Lee “Butch”.He is survived by his sons, James Michael of Dayton, OH, and James Edward of Everett, WA, as well as numerous, loving family members.Jim was very active in the community, coaching youth sports and volunteering at a local youth center. He will be remembered for his generosity, wonderful sense of humor, his laughter, and his warm, caring, personable nature.While some may say Jim had countless friends, he viewed those in his life as his family and he cherished the time he spent with them. Jim touched the lives of so many people and will be truly missed by those who were privileged to have known him.
