John Paul Phillip Dunkel

John Paul Phillip Dunkel passed away in his sleep of a heart attack on June 3, 2012 at his home. He was born Nov. 10, 1968 in Seattle, WA to John and Rose Dunkel. He was cherished by his family and friends his entire life. He had his own roof cleaning business for years and then worked in the underground utility construction field as a pipe layer. His real passions in life were his family, hunting, fishing, motorcycles and helping anyone in need. He is survived by his wife, Dionne, children Elyssa Raaum: son Austin; and stepsons Jeremiah and Dylan. He is dearly missed by his parents John and Rose; brother Joe Dunkel; sisters Denise Bone and Sharon Bolding (Kevin); grandmother Violet Dunkel; nephews William, Daniel and Michael; niece Sammy and a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Sara Bourgault and John Dunkel. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on June 14, 2012 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
