Kevin Wade Bouwkamp was born on March 13, 1956 in Grand Rapids, MI to his parents Harry Bouwkamp and Amelia Cozby. He was tragically taken from us on January 9, 2017 in Seattle, WA following a heartbreaking accident.

He is preceded in death by his father and brother, Terry Chittenden. He is survived by his mother, children – Eric and Carrie Bouwkamp, grandchildren Audriana Johnson and Lamont Gaines, Jr. and longtime girlfriend Diane.

He was a high-rise window cleaner who loved the thrill of his job. He had a heart of gold, infectious laugh and was the life of the party. He is loved by everyone who had the honor of knowing him and will be missed forever, but never forgotten.
