June 20, 1922 – April 19, 2017

Percy was born in Wallace, ID to Clarence and Myrtle Abney. He served in the Navy during WWII. Married June Carrico July 20, 1942. Together they had three children; Ann, Mike and Judy. Percy lived most of his life in Renton. He was employed at Pacific Car & Foundry as Chief Engineer until his retirement.

Graveside services will be held at the Tahoma National Cemetery with Military Honors on Friday, July 14 at 10:45.
