Ray Lawrence Otter, 84, passed away at home in Marysville, Washington on September 17, 2017.

He is survived by his daughters, Shelly Green, and Marilyn Milne, grandchildren, Phillip Banta, Jacqueline Stamey, Meghan Queen and Kyle Green; great-grandchildren, Tori Knutson, Jax Queen, Jack Banta, June Banta, and Jordan Stamey; and his brother Ralph Otter. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, JoAnn Otter and his sister Geraldine Surma.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Lakeside Christian Church, 701 1st St, Kirkland, Washington 98033.

Remembrances may be made to Providence Hospice of Snohomish County or the American Legion Department of Washington.
