Tom Bingaman passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, November 14, 2016. Tom was born in Seattle, Washington on April 21, 1932 one of two children born to Alfred James and Kathereen Bingaman.
Tom was an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America for more that 46 years. He served as an officer with the Renton Police Department from 1961 through 1994.
Funeral services were held at St. Stephen the Martyr Church on November 22, 2016.
