The Renton wrestling team placed 12th at the Wilfong Classic wrestling tournament Saturday.
The Indians earned 62 points, against a mix of 3A and 4A talent around the state.
In the 103-pound class, Aaron Garcia and Saugat Chhetri each made the finals – pinning every opponent on the way. In the finals it was Garcia that came out on top, 6-4.
Joseph Watson brought home another title for Renton when he swept through the 285-pound class. Watson pinned all three opponents on the way to his victory.
Albert Du pinned Bellevue’s Andy Ewing in the first round of the 130-pound bracket.
Alex Jourdan beat Bellevue’s Connor Hudson 5-4 in a consolation match at 135 pounds.
Also competing: Jesse Enebrad (112 pounds), Nicholas Markham (125), Brian Vo (145), Ken Untalon (152) and Luke Bartlett (171).
