Chelsea Moorhead went 1-2 with a double and four RBI’s. Savannah Hilt, Kelsey Knauss and Britni Bulow each had two RBI’s.

Kellie Pederson pitched and allowed four hits.

The Hazen softball team beat Renton 16-6 March 19.

Kelsey Knauss led the team with four RBI’s. She went 3-3 with two a double. Taylor Hoover and Becca Marcoe each hit home runs. Marcoe collected three RBI’s and a steal. Chelsea Moorhead went 4-4 with two RBI’s.

Lindbergh

Lindbergh bounced back from a season-opening loss to top Foster 21-10 Monday.

The Eagles (1-1, 1-1) led 7-1 after the first inning and 16-3 after four innings.

Ashley Gustafson and Paula Farrell each had three hits. Lindsey Bryden and Sara Batschi each had two.

Danielle Danao earned the win for the Eagles.

Liberty

Liberty took another tough non-league loss Monday, falling 6-5 to Newport.

The Patriots (0-4, 0-0) start league play April 6 against Mount Si.

Alexis Court went 2-2 with a triple. Ana Faoro went 3-4 with a double. Lindsey Linden went 2-4 with two RBI’s.
