The Seahawks have agreed to a deal with offensive lineman Robert Gallery.

The Seahawks have agreed to a deal with offensive lineman Robert Gallery.

Gallery has played both left tackle and left guard for the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders drafted Gallery second overall in 2004. Gallery will reunite with Seahawks offensive line coach Tom Cable, who coached Gallery in Oakland.

He is 6-foot-7, 325 pounds and should immediately help Seattle’s run blocking.

Kicker Olindo Mare and lineback Will Herring have both reached agreements with new teams. Mare reportedly agreed to a four-year deal with the Carolina Panthers. Herring reportedly agreed to a deal with the New Orleans Saints.

Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck agreed to a deal with the Tennessee Titans Tuesday. Hasselbeck played for the Seahawks the past 10 years.
