The Hazen boys basketball team put another one in the win column Wednesday night with a 65-46 win at home over Highline.

According to coach Ryan Thompson, the Highlanders started the game a little flat, but had a nice run in the second quarter to right the ship.

Connor O’Hearn and Anthony Phillips led the way for Hazen. O’Hearn had 15 points and 3 steals while Phillips added 15 points, 8 rebounds and 3 steals of his own.

Dominic Green contributed 11 points, 6 assists and 3 steals and Derrick DeMers added 10 points, 4 rebounds and 3 blocks for the Highlanders.

Hazen is now 14-1 overall and 9-0 in the Seamount League.

The Highlanders travel to Renton High School on Friday for a matchup with the 7-7 Indians, who beat Evergreen 61-41 Wednesday.
