Hazen Post 19 fell to Lakeside-Skyline 4-3 Sunday at Newport High School, in Legion Baseball.

Hazen scored one run in the first when Jimmy Schmidt knocked Julian Li home with an RBI single.

Skyline took a lead in the third with two runs.

Li went 2-3 with two singles and two runs.

Hazen beat Moon Valley/Duvall 13-5 at Hazen June 22.

The Highlanders trailed 5-0 after two innings. Hazen got hot in the third inning with four hits and two walks for seven runs. Jared Howell hit a two-RBI single with two outs to put Hazen on top 7-5.

The Highlanders scored six more runs in the fourth on seven straight hits.

Kyle Arinobu went 3-3, Owen Day 2-2, Travis Johnson 2-4 with two doubles and Julian Li 2-4. Schmidt, Li, Arinobu, Patrick Ward and Howell each had two RBI.
