Sydney Hopper struck out 14 batters and gave up only 3 hits on Friday as the Liberty softball team beat Interlake 2-0.

Liberty had 15 hits in the game, though they were only able to plate two runs, one in the bottom of the first inning and an insurance run in the bottom of the sixth.

Kendall Kauzlarich and Adele Morris provided the pop, each knocking in a run for the Patriots.

The Patriots are now 15-4 overall. They are scheduled to play Lake Washington today, Monday.
