The Renton girls basketball team has returned to Seamount action with a vengeance. After a 75-39 win against Evergreen Friday, the Indians have won their past two league games by a combined 146-88.

After a 75-39 win against Evergreen Friday, the Indians have won their past two league games by a combined 146-88.

Renton (6-3 overall, 4-2 Seamount) went up 25-4 in the first quarter and 45-16 after the first half.

Kelsey Sparks led Renton with 15 points. Amanda Rogers scored 14. Klarissa Quitas scored 12. Eleven different Renton players scored.

The Indians have won four straight games.

Hazen 46, Highline 28

After a challenging run, the Hazen girls basketball team bounced back with a 46-28 win against Highline Friday.

The Highlanders (4-7, 3-4) had lost four straight to teams with a combined 28-12 record.

The teams played a close, defensive first quarter and Hazen led 8-5. The Highlanders then exploded for a 17-4 run in the second quarter to open their lead.

Airashay Rogers led all scorers with 18 points. Michelle Wnek scored 13.

Foster 50, Lindbergh 45

Lindbergh played an even three quarters, but fell behind in the fourth and lost 50-45 to Foster Friday.

The Eagles (0-6, 0-6) got 15 points from Emily Graver and 10 points from Sarah Radulovich.
