Lindbergh boys basketball coach Robert Graham says this year’s team might be the deepest he’s coached in three years and the Eagle shave their sights set on a Seamount League Championship.

Three of last year’s starters, Tyrell Shavers, Anthony Hill and Nate Cunningham, are all back for the Eagles as they try to improve on last season’s 12-9 record, 9-5 in the Seamount League.

Along with the returners, Graham said a pair of transfers could make a difference this year. At 6-foot-3-inches, Graham called Isaiah Ellis “the strongest kid I ever coached” who can play inside or outside and Jalen Thomas from Odea adds to a strong backcourt for the Eagles.

“The future is very bright at Lindbergh this year,” Graham said in an email.
