The Lindbergh boys basketball team continued its hot streak with a 75-73 overtime win against Foster Wednesday.

The Eagles (4-5 overall, 4-3 Seamount) have won three straight and four out of the past five games after starting the season 0-4. This was also the second recent win over a top Seamount team. The Eagles beat Kennedy Catholic (tied for first) Jan. 4.

The game was fairly close throughout, with Lindbergh using a 20-11 advantage in the third quarter to build a three-point lead heading into the fourth. Foster came back to force the overtime, where Lindbergh outscored the Bulldogs 9-7.

Jimmy Keum scored a season-high 28 points to lead Lindbergh. Dwayne Brown added 16 and Dreante Mitchell scored 12.

After the run of wins, the Eagles are now just half a game behind Renton for fourth place in the Seamount.

Lindbergh faces the Indians Friday at Renton High at 7:45 p.m.

Foster 66, Lindbergh 43

The Lindbergh girls basketball team fell to Foster 66-43 Wednesday.

Lindbergh (4-7, 2-5) trailed 44-17 at the half. Emily Graver scored 20 points and picked up 10 rebounds to lead the Eagles. Aleisha Simpson totaled seven points, four rebounds, a block and an assist.
