Lindbergh boys win basketball opener

Seniors Emmanuel Harvey and Devon Jackson led the way for the Eagles, picking up 18 points each on the way to the win.

The Lindbergh Eagles boys basketball team opened their 2014 campaign Tuesday with a 74-56 home victory over Ingraham High School.

Seniors Emmanuel Harvey and Devon Jackson led the way for the Eagles, picking up 18 points each on the way to the win. Anthony Hill also added 10 points of his own.

Lindbergh plays Hazen at 7 p.m. Friday at Lindbergh High School. The Highlanders also won their first game of the season, beating Liberty 74-53.
