Lindbergh High School this past week announced the hiring of Matt Leamer as head football coach.

Leamer replaces Pat O’Grady, who stepped down last month to be able to watch his son play football on Fridays.

Leamer has been a part of Lindbergh athletics for seven years both as an assistant football coach and former head boys basketball coach.

“Matt’s knowledge of our school, our student-athletes and our community made him the perfect choice to lead our football program,” said Assistant Principal and Lindbergh Athletic Director Keith Henning in an email.
