Lindbergh splits meets with Kennedy Catholic, Mount Tahoma | Swim & dive

The Lindbergh boys swim and dive team went 1-1 on the week, falling to Kennedy Catholic 106-69 Tuesday, then beating Mount Tahoma 128-55 in a non-league meet Thursday. Andrew Franco-Munoz picked up a win against Kennedy in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.73 seconds. Adrian Franco-Munoz won the 500 free, at 6:17.36.

Andrew Franco-Munoz picked up a win against Kennedy in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.73 seconds. Adrian Franco-Munoz won the 500 free, at 6:17.36.

Against Mount Tahoma, Lindbergh’s 200-medley relay team of Adrian Franco-Munoz, AJ Lim, Sam Seid and Titus Owen won. Lindbergh junior Jason Kane won the 200 free. Owen, a sophomore, won the 200 IM. Lim, a sophomore, won the 50 free and the 100 back.

Franco-Munoz won the 100 fly. Lindbergh sophomore Zack Anderson won the 100 free. Seid won the 500 free. Lindbergh’s team of Derek Wilson, Anderson, Seid and Aaron Jacobsen won the 200-free relay. Jacobsen won the 100 breast. Lindbergh also took the 400-free relay with the group of Riley Evetts, Seid, Aman Buttar and Franco-Munoz.
