Seattle trades Rob Sims to Detroit Lions | Seahawks

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting the Seattle Seahawks have traded guard Rob Sims to the Detroit Lions.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting the Seattle Seahawks have traded guard Rob Sims to the Detroit Lions.

According to Schefter, the Seahawks will receive a fifth-round pick (133rd overall) in the NFL Draft.

Update:The Seahawks also traded a seventh-round pick and the Lions included defensive end Robert Henderson in the deal.
